The Big Carrot would be happy to accept returns and exchanges within the bounds of our policy.

Please note the following:

All refunds must be authorized at our Customer Service desk located at the main entrance of our store. To return products to Body Care or Supplements, please go directly to that Department's cash desk.

A receipt is required for all refunds. No exchanges or refunds will be honoured after 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for original purchase.

There are no refunds or exchanges on housewares and appliances once they have been opened or used unless specified by the manufacturer. Please see individual warranties for guarantees and claims.
