Our Vegetarian Café is filled with delicious foods that are prepared daily, both in our kitchen and by independent, local caterers. All of the foods that are prepared in our store are now Organic (unless specifically labeled). Our cooks have worked hard to create an array of tasty, innovative dishes suitable for many specific dietary needs which are labeled in distinct colours for easy reference.

The café offers an area for customers to eat in; however, there is no table service available.

As part of our initiative to reduce waste, we now provide Ecotainers for take-away. Regardless of our efforts, we always encourage customers to bring their own take-away containers and we will credit 25 cents for  any container you bring for take away. Check out our Appliance department for stainless steel food containers, an alternative to Tupperware. 

The Big Carrot is also pleased to honour a 10%* discount towards purchases made from our deli cases to cardholders of The Toronto Vegetarian Association. See www.veg.ca for more details.
