Enjoy Summer More with These 10 Tips!

1. Get Outside!

Enjoy the outdoors. Take a walk in the woods, in nature. See what it offers and take in the serenity. It’s a meditation in itself.

2. Get Some Vitamin D!

Be smart. Enjoy the sun before 11am and after 4pm. 11-4 is peak time for UVA/UVB rays and a chance of sunburn. Choose a natural sunscreen with zinc oxide for a good barrier. Don’t forget your sunglasses & a hat for added protection.

3. Got Burnt?

Essential oil of Lavender will take down a burn quickly. Aloe gel will help nourish & soothe. NewCo Broccogen Sulphoraphane Lotion ointment & lotion will help repair.

4. Over did it?

Too much activity? Keep yourself hydrated. Make sure you keep a water bottle handy and add some electrolytes! Ener-C comes in handy packets and has added nutrients & vitamins.
