Jane Lee is an experienced yoga and meditation teacher who has used breathing exercises to improve her own health. After getting Covid-19 symptoms including shortness of breath, she was left with a feeling of breathing through swiss cheese lungs even after getting her energy back. She used breathing exercises to help her recover fully within a month.
