Mindful Nutrition with Brett Hawes and Suz Lill

Join functional medicine practitioner and nutritionist Brett Hawes for a discussion on mindful eating and how to incorporate mindfulness into your daily routine. Then join RMT and yoga instructor Suz Lill for a guided meditation. In this busy and distracted world a little mindfulness can go a long way! Lectures are free of charge. No registration required.
