With the ever-increasing popularity of vegetarian, vegan and plant-based diets more and more kids are choosing to give up meat. Can they thrive on these diets? Yes, absolutely! As long as they are eating properly, they can get the nutrients they need for their growing bodies. Join Holistic Nutritionist Karen Gilman and learn how to support your child (or yourself!) while following a plant-based diet.

Karen Gilman is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and mom to two teenage girls who, most of the time, follow a vegetarian diet.
