Healing Anxiety, Panic Attacks and IBS Drug Free

Healing Anxiety, Panic Attacks and IBS Drug Free Healing Anxiety Panic Attacks and IBS Drug Free

Have you had to deal with anxiety or panic attacks? Do you or someone you know have Irritable Bowel Syndrome? Would you like to heal from it naturally and drug free? It is possible with the right help to do that.

Some useful information on defining Anxiety comes from Britain in patient.co.uk It can be called anxiety if it:

  • is out of proportion to the stressful situation; or
  • persists when a stressful situation has gone; or the stress is minor; or
  • appears for no apparent reason when there is no stressful situation

Many people feel anxiety on an ongoing basis as mentioned above and some of them experience panic attacks as well. These are sudden, often completely unexpected storms that can be very frightening since they can seem to have no apparent cause.

I’m a Therapist in Toronto, Canada and for two years (since 2012) virtually every person who’s come to me has done so suffering from anxiety and often panic attacks as well. That’s not new, I’ve been in private practice for 24 years but what is new is the sheer numbers coming with that issue.

What was rather surprising to me is that when I ‘Googled’ to see what conventional medicine had to say about them, I got a large variety of opinions but in general there was no real answer about causes and the same was true of cures.

Since I’ve been having good success helping people with all three of these complaints over the years and almost all of my practice is now about dealing with them, I decided to focus on helping spread the word on the approaches I know that work to get over them. I’ve put together a four step approach to teach you how to go about recovering from Anxiety and to clean out the roots of it. Some of the features of it are.

  • How anxiety can get started
  • How it can become embedded and ongoing
  • How you can turn it around to reverse the process
  • How to experience joy and consciously create your life

This is a very flexible process that can be taught so that can use it to create the flow to consciously create a new life for you.

This is no ‘miracle’ method, you get out of it what you put into it and this blog post is meant to help you understand the basics of the work I do so that you can get answers to your questions.
