Garlic Butter Slice
10 cloves of garlic
125 g butter, softened
1 tsp sea salt
Add garlic and salt to a food processor and process until garlic is finely minced. Add butter and process until incorporated. If you don’t have a food processor, mince the garlic with a knife and stir garlic and salt into softened butter in a bowl.
Transfer mixture to the centre of square of parchment paper, roughly creating a vertical shape. Roll one side of the parchment snugly around the butter mixture, then wrap the other side. Twist the ends to secure. May be kept in the fridge for up to 10 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.
When you want to use some, slice off a thin piece and spread on toast, crackers, or top over cooked veggies or grains.
