A twist on an Iced Mocha
Who doesn’t enjoy an iced coffee on a hot and humid city day? This is a great alternative to the average sugary, lactose-ful and caffeinated version. It still makes for a refreshing and energizing afternoon drink but it’ll make you more happy than jittery and your shorts will still fit at the end of the summer!
Iced Mocha Ingredients
1.5 cups almond milk
2 Tbsp raw cacao powder
1 Tbsp DandyBlend (fantastic coffee alternative found in our grocery department)
1 Tbsp xylitol, or to taste
Ice
Method
Blend milk with cacao, Dandy Blend and xylitol. Serve over ice.
