Bonfeta & Broccoli Veggie Salad
Quick and tasty vegetable recipes can be a challenge. Either they don’t taste that great, require an endless list of specialty ingredients, or they’re a bit too complicated.
Well here’s one of my go-to options that avoids those problems. It’s fast, simple and good for any meal.
All you need is broccoli, olive oil, salt, pepper, walnuts and feta cheese.
One little detail, the quality of the feta makes a big difference in taste and texture. My favourite brand is Bonfeta, which is locally made in Ontario. Not many stores stock it but you can grab this specialty item from the Big Carrot. Don’t skimp out here.
