Brazil Nut Dairy-free Parmesan
½ cup brazil nuts
½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
½ tsp sea salt
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp dried rosemary (optional)
Add all ingredient to a food processor and process until a grainy meal is formed. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.
Serve over cooked veggies, pasta dishes, salads, or dairy-free pizza instead of cheese! Adds a great, salty flavour boost, akin to grated parmesan!
