Cold Buster Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup chopped carrots (slightly) cooked
1 cup chopped beets (slightly cooked)
1 Tbsp ground ginger
1/2 Tbsp ground cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp ground turmeric
1 scoop New Zealand whey protein isolate
1 cup fresh apple
Method
Combine the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
