Fermented Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls


1 scoop protein powder Genuine Health fermented vegan proteins+

1 cup shredded coconut

1/2 can organic pumpkin puree

1/2 cup dates, soaked

1 tsp organic pumpkin pie spice


Add all ingredients to a food processor of high powered blender. Blend on high/pulse to combine. Using about 1 tablespoon of the batter, form balls and place onto baking tray or glass container. Place the balls in the freezer for at least one hour. Store in the fridge for up to one week.

Makes about 15 balls.
