Gazpacho Soup
Ingredients:
3 cups tomatoes
1 cup red pepper
1 cup cucumber
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tbsp vegan gluten free Worcestershire sauce
Method:
Cut a small dice of tomatoes, red peppers, and cucumbers.
Stir in olive oil, lemon juice, hot sauce, and Worcestershire sauce.
Serve chilled.
