Golden Mylk Chia Pudding

Chia pudding is all the rage but BLENDED chia pudding is next level. Say goodbye to getting seeds stuck in your teeth and the chewy texture of classic chia pudding. This version is creamy, thick and decadent, it takes 5 minutes of prep time and a few minutes in the blender after letting it chill overnight or for a few hours.

Golden Mylk Chia Seed Pudding

This recipe is packed with protein & fibre from the chia seeds, healthy fats from the coconut milk, and turmeric’s anti-inflammatory and antioxidant benefits. The Harmonic Arts Golden Mylk Elixir contains adaptogens like turkey tail mushroom which help heal the gut, improve immune function and is packed with antibacterial properties. Ashwagandha is an amazing adaptogen known for its ability to help reduce stress, and anxiety, modulate the immune system and has even been shown to help enhance libido. You can switch up the golden mylk for chocolate to make a chocolate mousse instead!

Ingredients

1/3 cup of chia seeds
1 can coconut milk or 2 cups of your favourite non-dairy milk
2 tbsp Harmonic Arts Golden Mylk Elixir
Optional to add sweetener – honey, maple syrup, stevia or monk fruit
Any additional toppings you like – nut butter, berries, pecans, cacao nibs, cinnamon, bee pollen or other favourites

Method

1. Combine the chia seeds and non-dairy milk in a large container and stir until everything is incorporated
2. Let it sit overnight
3. The next morning combine your chia seed mixture in a blender with 2 tablespoons of Harmonic Arts Golden Mylk Elixir and optional sweetener
4. Blend until smooth.
