Green Goodness Juice

This drink is delightfully refreshing and full of summer’s goodness. It’s a replenishing electrolyte drink after a workout (or a night out!) and a great alternative to alcohol beverages during patio season.

Ingredients

2 Swiss chard leaves (including stem)

2 celery stalks

½ a cucumber (approx. 4” piece)

½ a lime, skin removed

½ a green apple, cored

½ inch chunk of fresh ginger

Carbonated water (optional)

Method

Wash and cut ingredients. Feed through a juicer. Enjoy with ice and a little carbonated water, preferably in a sunny spot!
