Infused Water

Adding fruit, vegetables, and herbs into your water naturally improves the taste and adds health boosting nutrients that will leave you feeling great and hydrated!

Here are 4 simple infused water recipes. Use as a guideline but feel free to be creative with the combinations. You can use as much or as little of the ingredients as desired.

Filtered water is preferred. (I use filtered alkaline water from my Santevia Water Pitcher).

Allow water to infuse for at least 4 hours or overnight for a stronger flavour. Use mason jars with a lid and keep refrigerated.
