Julie’s Low Carb Pizza

Ingredients:
1                      Low-carb pizza crust (such as UnBun Keto Crust)
1/4 cup          Dairy-free “cheese”; grated
1-2 tbsp         Basil pesto or tomato sauce
1/4 cup          Artichoke hearts, chopped
4                     Garlic stuffed olives, sliced
4                     Purple onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/2 tsp           Dried oregano
1 tsp               Dried parsley flakes

Directions:
1. Place crust on a baking sheet and low-broil for 1-2 minutes.
2. Sprinkle cheese evenly across entire wrap and low-broil 1 minute or until cheese is evenly
melted.
3. Spread pesto or sauce evenly over the cheese, then arrange the artichoke hearts, olives, and
onion rings. Low-broil for 5 minutes or until toppings are completely warmed.
4. Remove from oven, top with oregano and parsley and serve!
