Mango Kefir Popsicles

These mango kefir popsicles taste like summer AND they’re good for you! Sweetened with only maple syrup and the natural sweetness of mangos, these popsicles are a delight on a hot day! If you don’t have a popsicle mould, not to worry— this recipe freezes well as a sorbet! ⁣

𝘔𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝟼-𝟾 𝘱𝘰𝘱𝘴𝘪𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘴 𝘖𝘙 𝟼-𝟾 𝘴𝘦𝘳𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘴𝘰𝘳𝘣𝘦𝘵 ⁣


3 cups frozen mango⁣

3 tbsp coconut kefir ( or yogurt)⁣

3 tbsp maple syrup⁣

2 1/2 cups cashew milk, or other milk alternative ⁣


1. Toss all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. ⁣⁣

2. If the mixture isn’t blending well, use the plunger that comes with your blender to push ingredients toward the blades. Otherwise pulse a few times and turn the blender off before mixing with a spoon. ⁣

⁣3. Scoop the mixture into the moulds and freeze for about 1 hour.⁣
