Matcha Latte Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

1 tsp matcha powder

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

3 Tbsp dried shredded coconut, unsweetened

1 Tbsp chia seeds

5-10 drops of stevia OR 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup

½ cup filtered water

6 ice cubes

Method

Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and slushy. Serve immediately.
