Matcha Shamrock Shake
Ingredients
2 mint leaves
1 tsp matcha powder
1/4 avocado
1 frozen banana
1 date, soaked and pitted
1 tsp vanilla extract
Handful of spinach
1 cup nut milk of choice
Method
Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for about a minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
