Mole Spice Rub Mole Spice Rub


2 Tbsp ancho chili powder (can sub regular chili powder)

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp cumin poder

½ tsp oregano

½ tsp sea salt

¼ tsp cayenne pepper


In small bowl, stir all ingredients together.  Store in an airtight container.

When ready to use, add a clove of chopped garlic per 2 Tbsp of spice blend used as a rub for meat or poultry. Add salt to taste.
