Nettle Mint and Rosemary Iced Tea
Ingredients
2 Tbsp dried nettle leaves
1 Tbsp dried mint
1 Tbsp dried rosemary
1 Tbsp coconut sugar
1 litre of boiling filtered water
5-10 drops of stevia extract (optional, for added sweetness)
Lemon slices and ice cubes, for serving
Method
Add herbs, coconut sugar, and boiling water to a large mason jar and let steep for 4 hours.
After steeping, place jar in the fridge to cool for an hour or more. Add stevia to taste once cooled.
To serve, strain leaves out with a colander and serve over ice with a wedge of lemon.
Store leftovers the fridge for up to a week.
