Nutrient-Rich Salad Booster
1 cup pumpkin seeds, toasted
½ cup nutritional yeast flakes
¼ cup fine dulse flakes
3 Tbsp dried oregano
1 Tbsp olive oil
¼ – ½ tsp cayenne pepper, according to desired spiciness
First, toast your pumpkin seeds: Preheat oven to 350 F and toast pumpkin seeds for 10 minutes.
When toasted pumpkin seeds have cooled, add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until everything is well combined.
Store in the fridge in a glass jar and use whenever you want to add some crunch and flavour to a salad.
