Pastrami Spiced Rubbed Tofu

Ingredients:

2 blocks tofu

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp coriander ground

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tablespoons black peppercorns

1 tsp black mustard seeds

2 cloves garlic, minced

Method:

Cut tofu blocks into 2-inch rectangular pieces, toss with olive oil and spices, allow to marinade over night then bake at 350 for 8 min or grill for 2 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
