Rice Milk
Ingredients:
2 cups water
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
1/2-1 tablespoon brown sugar or other sweetener, to taste
Method:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender (Vitamix) in the order listed and secure lid
2. Select Variable 1
3. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High
4. Blend for 2-3 minutes, or until desired consistency is reached. Store in refrigerator. Shake well before using.
Note: Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract if desired
