Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

1 cup brown rice

1/2 pack soft tofu

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tbsp vanilla

1/4 cup raisins

100ml apple juice

Method:

Cook brown rice allow rice to cool.  Cook raisins in apple juice until apple juice is fully absorbed.

Mix the tofu, maple syrup, vanilla and cinnamon together with a hand blender until smooth, stir all ingredients together.
