Smokey Caramelized Onion Turmeric Dip

Ingredients

3/4 cup raw cashews, soaked for 4-6 hours

1 onion, minced

1 Tbsp coconut oil

½ tsp sea salt

2 tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ cup filtered water

Method

Add onions, sea salt, and coconut oil to a pan and fry over medium heat until soft, brown, and caramelized.

Add cashews and water to a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Add caramelized onions and spices and blend until desired consistency.

Serve with raw veggies or over a stir-fry.
