These frozen cubes of flavour are so handy to have around. Can be added to stir-frys or thawed out and added to oil and vinegar-based dressings for extra flavour.
3 inches of fresh ginger root
15 cloves garlic
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Scoop mixture out onto an ice cube tray and freeze overnight.
Pop out cubes and store in the freezer in a Ziploc baggie or other container and use as needed. May be kept for up to six months in the freezer.
