Spiced Nuts

The formula is:

3 cups roasted nuts + Sauce + Spices + Sea salt to taste (about 1/2 tsp) = Glorious Nuts

Follow the lexicon to make your choice of spiced nuts!

Take your raw nuts and roast them on a cookie tray at 350 F for about 10 minutes until fragrant and golden at the edges. When they are done, leave them on the tray to cool.

In a small saucepan, melt butter/coconut oil together with the honey, just until it begins to bubble, and then remove immediately from heat. This is your sauce.

Pour the sauce over the nuts and stir to make sure all nuts are fully coated.

Add your spices, and stir again to coat all the nuts.

Add zest (if applicable), and salt.

Let cool, making sure the nuts are fairly spread out on the tray. It may take an hour or more for the nuts to dry. You can speed up the process by sticking them in the fridge
