The Hangover Cure

Coconut water rehydrates and apple cider vinegar and ginger promote digestion and tame nausea.

Ingredients

350 ml coconut water

1 inch knob fresh ginger root

1 tsp apple cider vinegar

6 ice cubes

Method

Add coconut water, ginger, and apple cider vinegar to a high-speed blender and blend until ginger has completely broken up.

Pour liquid over a strainer, into a glass, so the ginger fibres are collected. Discard fibres.

Add ice to strained mixture, and enjoy.
