6 thin organic turkey cutlets
4 organic green onions
6 spears organic asparagus
1 organic mango
Pepper the turkey cutlets & put 1 teaspoon of wheat-free tamari on each one.
Slice the green onion, asparagus & mango place into long strips.
Place length-wise on the cutlets.
Roll up cutlets and old together with a toothpick.
Place on parchment paper and drizzle more tamari on each cutlet.
Fold over the parchment paper or cover with foil.
Bake for 35 minutes in at 350 degrees in the oven.
Pair with a simple salad.
Jane’s favourite – Sliced avocado, thinly sliced onion & fresh tomato. Add olive oil & apple cider vinegar for the dressing. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Toss and top with broccoli sprouts!
