Turmeric Hibiscus Tea

Ingredients

3 bags of hibiscus tea

2 cups boiling, filtered water

2 cups cold filtered water

10-15 drops liquid stevia extract, or choice of natural sweetener

1 Tbsp turmeric powder

Juice of 3 limes

Method

Steep hibiscus tea bags in two cups of boiling water. Add turmeric powder. Let sit for an hour or more.

Remove tea bags, squeezing bags out before removal, and add liquid to a large pitcher. Add cold water, stevia, and lime juice, and stir with a spoon.

Serve over ice.
