Vegan Hempseed Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

4 Tbsp raw shelled hempseeds

1 clove garlic, minced

3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp maple syrup

½ tsp sea salt

Method

Throw all ingredients into a blender until desired texture is reached.

Serve over a fresh green salad or use as a dip for raw crudités. Makes 2 servings.
