Warming Ashwagandha Latte

With warming spices like cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom, and nourishing ashwagandha and coconut oil, this beverage is a wonderful winter tonic!

Ingredients

¼ cup cashews, soaked in 1 cup filtered water overnight

1 ½ cups boiling filtered water

1 tsp ashwagandha powder

1 tsp coconut oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

2 tsp raw honey

1 tsp ginger, minced

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp cardamom powder

1 pinch sea salt

Method

Using a strainer, discard soaking water and rinse soaked cashews.

Add the soaked nuts and the rest of the ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until creamy and homogeneous.

Pour liquid over a fine-mesh strainer into a mug, and discard solid “pulp”. Enjoy beverage immediately.
