How it works: If you find a lower price from one of our direct competitors' advertised price of the exact same product (brand, size, flavour etc.) at the time of purchase we will gladly offer you a price match. We will offer a price match on up to 4 items per transaction.
Products that Qualify for our Price Match Guarantee
All products sold in-store in our Grocery, Dairy & Cheese, Produce, Bread, Bulk, Wholistic Dispensary and Body Care departments qualify for Price Match Guarantee.
Price Match Guarantee is not applicable for the products sold in our Deli, Meat Department, Appliances, Carrot Kitchen Grab & Go and our Organic Juice and Coffee Bar.
We price match only our in-store prices against direct competitors' advertised prices. Proof will need to be provided (print or digital flyer only) for us to verify if the price match applies.
Offer must represent a current deal from a direct competitor (cannot be expired). It must be clear what the dollar price of the item is and not only advertised as a % off (ex. 20% off).
Excludes specialty deals like:
- BOGO (Buy one get one free)
- Multi Buy Deals (ex. 2 for $6.99)
- Reduced Inventory Pricing
- Free With Purchase
- Exclusive Online Pricing
- Loyalty Program Discount
- Special Order
Who is a direct competitor?
Direct competitors include local Toronto grocery and or supplement stores operating within the Natural Foods industry. This excludes all big brand name stores. Please see customer service for more information.
Requesting a price match
Bring proof of a direct competitor's price (in-print or digital flyer) to customer service. Our team will verify if a price match is applicable and then provide the discount.
